Buying DISC credits
Buying DISC credits enables your organization to create psychometric profiles that SotsAI can use for behavioral reasoning.
This page explains the model — not the checkout flow.
What does one credit represent?
Section titled “What does one credit represent?”One DISC credit corresponds to:
- one completed DISC assessment
- for one person
- collected once
- and owned by your organization
Credits are not tied to API calls or advice usage.
Once a profile exists, it can be reused indefinitely when calling SotsAI.
When are credits consumed?
Section titled “When are credits consumed?”Credits are consumed only when a user completes a DISC assessment for the first time within your organization
Credits are not consumed when:
- calling
/v1/advice - fetching an existing profile
- reusing a profile across multiple situations
- generating multiple responses
Credits do not expire if unused.
What credits are NOT
Section titled “What credits are NOT”Credits are not:
- usage-based billing
- per-request pricing
- per-token pricing
- tied to conversation volume
- tied to model selection or LLM provider
They exist solely to create psychometric data when none exists.
What happens after purchase?
Section titled “What happens after purchase?”After credits are purchased:
- your organization can invite users to complete DISC assessments
- completed profiles become available via API
- your system can include profiles when calling SotsAI
- behavioral reasoning becomes fully active
Nothing else changes in your integration.
