What is SotsAI
SotsAI is a behavioral reasoning layer you plug into your existing LLM stack (Mistral, Azure OpenAI, on-prem, etc.).
Most copilots can generate answers. The problem is that they often generate generic advice as if everyone reacted the same way. In real organizations, people don’t.
SotsAI helps LLM copilots generate answers that are:
- Interpersonally aware (who is talking to whom, and why it’s sensitive)
- Situation-aware (feedback, conflict, escalation, negotiation, etc.)
- Profile-aware (psychometric communication and decision preferences)
This profile awareness is what differentiates SotsAI from generic prompting or role-based heuristics.
What SotsAI is not

- Not an HR analytics tool in this product
- Not a psychometric assessment platform
SotsAI is the piece that sits next to your LLM and provides behaviorally grounded guidance.
How you use it
Section titled “How you use it”You call SotsAI via API from your own stack:
- Your LLM or orchestration layer collects context and ensures a user psychometric profile is available
- It calls SotsAI to reason about interpersonal dynamics and communication strategy
- You use the output to generate the final user-facing response (or render it directly)
